E-Reader Agreement

Electronic Readers: Kindles, Nooks and other reading devices are permitted at school for reading teacher approved literature and should not cause distractions to the owner or others. A hold harmless agreement must be filled out by the student’s caregivers for an e-reader to be used at school. Other Electronics:  Cameras, iPads, Gameboys, etc. are not permitted at school, unless specifically allowed as part of a classroom reward

Horace Mann Elementary School and the Lake Washington School District are not responsible for any stolen, lost or damaged electronics brought to school. Students are responsible for the care and supervision of these items.
